A potted history
Greens Lane Methodist Church came into being on 11th December 1976 when the former Fairfield and Hartburn churches combined to celebrate the opening of their new church on what had been the Hartburn site; by combining they were able to overcome local constraints, improve premises and make a better Methodist presence in the rapidly expanding area of west Stockton.
